The Southbend 4605AC-2TR 60-inch gas range helps consolidate multiple cooking tasks on one footprint for efficient line flow. Combine sautéing, stock production, griddling, and baking to keep crews moving and tickets on pace.
Three non-clog front burners and two Pyromax rear burners manage sauces, sears, and heavy pots without station changes. A 24-inch right-side griddle with thermostatic controls maintains set temps for eggs, burgers, or searing proteins, while the standing pilot keeps the cooktop ready.
The convection oven with battery spark ignition turns out roasted vegetables or baked sides with dependable heat circulation. A cabinet base keeps essentials close, and the 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds quick-reach staging. Stainless steel construction and 6-inch adjustable legs support daily cleaning and alignment, and this model qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program.
