Use the standard oven for baking or finishing and the convection oven for higher-volume roasting. Four racks total expand pan capacity and batch staging, while the 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf keeps essentials within reach. Built with stainless steel front, sides, and shelf on 6" adjustable legs, this 320,000 BTU unit is CSA and NSF listed and qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
