Stage courses efficiently with a standard oven paired with a convection oven, both with battery spark ignition for dependable starts. Bake sheets of sides while roasting proteins, or finish crisping in convection to tighten ticket times. Standing pilots keep the range ready for rapid turnarounds during rushes.
Built for daily service, this 60-inch gas restaurant range delivers 304,000 BTU and durable stainless steel construction. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds pan storage within reach, and four included racks expand oven capacity. Adjustable 6-inch legs help level the unit for smooth workflow and presentation on the pass.
