Engineered for busy kitchens, the Southbend 4605DD-2CR consolidates high-output cooking on a 60-inch gas restaurant range delivering 333,000 BTU. A right-side 24-inch charbroiler pairs with three non-clog front burners and two rear Pyromax burners to streamline sauté, sear, and grill workflows. Two standard ovens expand capacity without sacrificing line space.
Sear steaks and burgers on the charbroiler while simmering sauces up front and driving big stock pots on the Pyromax section. Battery spark ignition brings the ovens online quickly, and a standing pilot keeps the cooktop ready for rush service. Use the ovens to roast vegetables or finish proteins during peak periods.
Built for the line, this range features a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf for tools and pans. Six-inch adjustable legs ease leveling and cleaning access, and each oven includes one rack to start service fast. CSA- and NSF-listed; qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program.
