The Southbend 4606AA-2GL Ultimate Restaurant Range packs versatile, line-ready performance into a 60-inch footprint. Harness 291,000 BTU of gas power across high-output burners, a 24-inch left-side griddle, and two convection ovens to keep tickets moving. Chefs and operators can consolidate sautéing, searing, roasting, and baking on one efficient platform.
Drive sauté and sauce work on the three front star/sauté burners while the two rear Pyromax burners handle stockpots or rapid boiling. Finish burgers, breakfast, or flat-top staples on the 24-inch griddle, then bake evenly in the twin convection ovens with battery spark ignition and included racks. Standing pilot readiness helps speed starts during peak service.
Built for demanding kitchens, this range features a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus 6-inch adjustable legs for stable placement. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds convenient pan staging and helps organize the cookline.
