Three front star/sauté burners and two rear pyromax burners let chefs manage sauté, stock, and sear tasks simultaneously while maintaining clear workflow on the line. A right-side 24" griddle expands your menu coverage for breakfast items, smash burgers, or quick sears.
Dual convection ovens with battery spark ignition deliver consistent roasting and baking, ideal for sheet-pan production, proteins, and baked goods. Each oven includes three racks, helping operators stage multiple batches and reduce ticket times.
Built with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus 6" adjustable legs, this unit stands up to daily demands while simplifying cleaning. A 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf adds convenient pan and utensil storage, and 291,000 BTU ensures the firepower needed for peak service.
