A 24" left-side griddle with thermostatic controls dials in precise temps for eggs, smash burgers, or plated components.
Two convection ovens spark to life with battery ignition and hold steady heat for roasting proteins, baking sides, or finishing trays. Each cavity includes three racks to stage batches and shift pans as demand changes. A standing pilot keeps the top ready between rushes to speed recovery and service.
With 291,000 BTU on tap, stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, and a 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf, this platform streamlines workflow on the hotline.
