Roast, bake, or finish in the convection oven with battery spark ignition, using the included (3) racks to stage multiple sheets or hotel pans. A standing pilot keeps sections ready to fire, and the cabinet base consolidates tools and smallwares within arm’s reach. This layout helps chefs move from sear to roast to plate with minimal steps.
The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds dependable landing space for plating or holding. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus 6-inch adjustable legs, support daily cleaning and precise leveling. With 275,000 BTU, this range is built for peak periods and qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
