Streamline your line with the Southbend 4606AC-2CR, a 60-inch gas Ultimate restaurant range that unites high-heat burners, a right-side charbroiler, and a convection oven in one footprint. Consolidate sauté, sear, and bake stations to speed tickets and tighten workflows during peak service.
Sauté on three front star/sauté burners while two rear pyromax burners power stock, sauces, or woks. Sear steaks and seafood on the 24-inch charbroiler, then finish in the convection oven with battery spark ignition for consistent, even results. A standing pilot keeps the range ready, and the cabinet base stores pans and smallwares within reach.
The included three oven racks and a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf expand staging space for high-volume operations. Stainless steel fronts, sides, and shelf with 6-inch adjustable legs support rugged daily use and fast cleanup. Totaling 275,000 BTU, this platform is built to drive throughput in busy kitchens.
