Three front star/sauté burners handle sauces and sauté work while two rear pyromax burners deliver intense heat for rapid boils and high-volume production. A 24" left-side griddle expands your options for searing, toasting, and all-day breakfast items.
Finish plates and boost throughput with a convection oven featuring battery spark ignition and three included racks for flexible loading. The standing pilot system keeps the cooktop ready between orders, helping line cooks move from simmer to sear without delay. A cabinet base keeps tools and pans within reach to streamline the line.
Stainless steel front and sides stand up to daily use while 6" adjustable legs let you level the unit on uneven floors. A 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf adds convenient staging space for smallwares or garnishes, supporting clean, efficient presentation on the pass.
