The Southbend 4606AC-2GR helps busy kitchens orchestrate high-volume cooking with a balanced line. This 60-inch gas restaurant range unites three front star/saute burners, two rear pyromax burners, and a right-side 24-inch griddle to streamline searing, sautéing, and finishing.
Roast, bake, and finish evenly in the convection oven, while a standing pilot and battery spark ignition support reliable, quick starts. Stage pans on the 22-1/2-inch flue riser shelf to keep the rail organized during service.
A cabinet base keeps cookware and smallwares within reach to speed plating and turnover. Durable stainless steel surfaces and 6-inch adjustable legs simplify cleaning, leveling, and long-term alignment across the line.
