Power through peak service with the Southbend 4606AC-2TR, a 60-inch gas ultimate restaurant range engineered for high-volume, multi-task cooking. Three front star/sauté burners and two rear pyromax burners let you sear, sauté, and hold large stock pots without shuffling stations. A right-side 24-inch griddle with thermostatic controls holds set temperatures, while a standing pilot keeps the line ready to fire.
Speed menu turns with a convection oven featuring battery spark ignition and three racks for flexible loading. The cabinet base keeps sheet pans and tools within reach, and the 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds plating and pan staging space. Total output of 259,000 BTU supports demanding production across the line.
Built for daily use, the stainless steel front, sides, and shelf clean quickly and resist wear, while 6-inch adjustable legs help level the unit on uneven floors. Certified cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF, it integrates smoothly into regulated operations. Qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program.
