Boost throughput with a dual-oven setup: one standard oven and one convection oven, both with battery spark ignition. Stage baking, roasting, and finishing simultaneously on the four included racks to balance the rush and hold precise timing. This layout supports à la carte service, banquet prep, and batch cooking on a single footprint.
Durable stainless steel front, sides, and shelf withstand heavy use, while 6-inch adjustable legs simplify leveling on uneven floors.
