The Southbend 4606CC-2GR 60-inch gas restaurant range helps crews execute diverse menus efficiently. Three front star/sauté burners and two rear Pyromax burners let you simmer sauces up front while delivering intense heat for woks, stockpots, or searing in back. With 227,000 BTU total input and a 24" right-side griddle, the line can shift from sear to finish without breaking rhythm.
Stage pans and tools on the 22-1/2" flue riser shelf to keep stations organized and the line moving. Dual cabinet bases provide convenient dry storage beneath the cooktop to reduce trips away from the hood. Stainless steel front and sides clean quickly between turns.
