A raised griddle/broiler expands your menu flexibility, from breakfast classics to final broiled finishes. The standard oven with battery spark ignition pairs with a standing-pilot top to keep service moving, letting you move from the sauté station to oven finishing with minimal steps. Use the cabinet base to consolidate tools and pans so the workstation stays organized.
Built for demanding kitchens, the unit features a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf to add landing space. Six-inch adjustable legs simplify leveling on uneven floors, and the 257,500 BTU total output is ready for peak periods.
