Two convection ovens with battery spark ignition deliver reliable starts and consistent baking, roasting, and finishing. Standing pilots keep the top ready so crews can fire orders on demand. Each cavity includes three racks to load multiple batches during peak service.
Built for demanding operations, the stainless steel front, sides, and shelf clean quickly and stand up to daily use, while 6-inch adjustable legs help level the unit to your line.
