Four Pyromax burners drive rapid sautéing and boiling, while the raised griddle/broiler expands your options for searing, finishing, and broiling right on the cookline. Two convection ovens with battery spark ignition let you bake, roast, and retherm across multiple menu items without slowing service.
Streamline workflow with three racks per oven for flexible pan loading and batch cooking. Stage pans and smallwares on the 22-1/2" flue riser shelf to keep essentials within reach, and level the unit easily on 6" adjustable legs. A standing pilot system keeps the cooktop at the ready, and total input of 257,500 BTU provides the headroom needed for peak periods.
Durable stainless steel front, sides, and shelf support daily use in high-volume operations. This model qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ program.
