Power through peak service with Southbend’s Ultimate Restaurant Range, model 4607AC-2CL. This 60-inch gas platform combines four pyromax burners and a 24-inch left-side charbroiler to let cooks sauté, sear, and char without leaving the station. A total 256,000 BTU helps maintain pace on demanding lines.
Use the convection oven for roasting proteins, baking sides, or finishing sheet pans, while the cabinet base keeps tools close at hand. Battery spark ignition for the oven and a dependable standing pilot on the top simplify start-up and recovery between turns.
Stainless steel front and sides present clean, durable surfaces, and the 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds convenient plating or pan staging space. Six-inch adjustable legs make leveling straightforward across mixed flooring. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
