The convection oven with battery spark ignition promotes even results on roasts, sides, and baked items, and includes three racks for flexible loading. Finish sheet pans while the top handles à la carte cooking to maintain a smooth, contiguous workflow across stations.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf provides handy staging space, and the stainless steel front, sides, and shelf wipe down quickly to uphold a clean line. With 256,000 BTU and a practical cabinet base, this range helps chefs and operators keep essential tools close and production moving.
