Power through peak service with the Southbend 4607AD-2CL, a 60-inch gas restaurant range engineered for high-volume, mixed-method cooking. It combines four pyromax burners, a left-side 24-inch charbroiler, and both a standard and a convection oven to streamline line production and finishing.
Sear steaks with defined char marks, boil and simmer on demand, then roast or bake evenly in the convection cavity while the standard oven handles batches or holding. Battery spark ignition on both ovens speeds start-up, and a standing pilot keeps the top ready for rapid turns.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with integrated shelf adds convenient staging for pans and tools, while stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily wear. With 301,000 BTU of total input, four included racks, and 6-inch adjustable legs, this range supports efficient workflows.
