Built for demanding lines, this 60-inch gas range streamlines production with four pyromax burners, a 24-inch left-side griddle, and dual ovens. Move from high-heat searing to gentle simmering, then finish on the griddle without changing stations. The integrated flue riser shelf keeps pans and tools within reach to speed plating.
Run mixed menus efficiently using the pair of ovens—one standard and one convection—both with battery spark ignition for quick starts. Roast vegetables in the convection cavity while the standard oven bakes casseroles or proofs bread. Standing pilots on the top keep your burners ready between rushes.
Durable stainless steel front and sides stand up to heavy use, and 6-inch adjustable legs help you level on uneven floors. Total input of 285,000 BTU supports high-volume service for restaurants, hotels, and institutions. Qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program.
