Keep essentials organized and close at hand with (2) base cabinets, while the 22-1/2-inch flue riser with integrated shelf provides convenient staging space for pans and smallwares. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf handle daily use and wipe down quickly between shifts. Six-inch adjustable legs help you level the unit precisely on uneven floors.
With a total output of 224,000 BTU, this range is ready for high-volume production without slowing the line. CSA and NSF listed.
