The Southbend 4607DC-2RR ultimate restaurant range equips busy kitchens with a balanced cooking suite in a 60-inch footprint. Four Pyromax burners, a raised griddle/broiler, a standard oven, and a cabinet base streamline production from prep to plate. Deliver 238,500 BTU of heat where you need it to keep service moving.
Boil, sauté, and simmer on the open burners while you broil, brown, or finish on the raised griddle/broiler. The standard oven with battery spark ignition lights quickly for baking and finishing, and a standing pilot keeps the cooktop ready between tickets. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf keeps pans and tools within easy reach to speed workflows.
Built with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf plus 6-inch adjustable legs, this range stands up to daily use and cleans down fast. The included rack adds flexibility right out of the box, and the cabinet base provides convenient, low-profile storage.
