Engineered for demanding kitchens, the Southbend 4607DD-2CR is a 60-inch gas restaurant range that unites four Pyromax burners, a right-side 24-inch charbroiler, and two standard ovens to streamline the line. Consolidate sautéing, charring, roasting, and baking in one footprint to speed tickets and reduce steps.
Sear steaks on the charbroiler while simmering sauces and boiling stocks on the open burners. Battery spark ignition in the ovens supports reliable starts, and standing pilots on the top keep burners ready between turns.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf helps stage pans and platters, while stainless steel front, sides, and shelf endure daily cleanings. Six-inch adjustable legs level the unit on uneven floors, and 314,000 BTU of total output powers through peak service. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ program.
