This 72-inch gas workstation unites three front sauté burners, two rear Pyromax burners, and a left-side 36-inch charbroiler to keep pans moving and proteins searing in parallel. Build a compact line that shortens ticket times and simplifies station handoffs with 339,000 BTU on tap.
Bake, roast, and finish with two convection ovens featuring battery spark ignition and standing pilot operation. Each oven includes three racks to stage sheets, hotel pans, or roasting trays for batch production. Balance à la carte firepower with dependable oven capacity on one footprint.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf organizes tools above the heat, while stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily wear. Level the range quickly on 6-inch adjustable legs. Certified CSA and NSF, this platform also qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program.
