The Southbend E-170 electric upright broiler brings focused, high-heat performance to the cookline in a compact 34-inch footprint. Deliver consistent finishing and searing with a 6.0 kW heating system and flexible 208/240V, 60 Hz connections in single or three phase. Its single-deck layout helps streamline station flow for busy restaurants, cafeterias, and catering operations.
Dial in results with five adjustable grid positions to control distance from the heat source—ideal for gratins, steaks, seafood, and vegetables. Removable grids accelerate changeovers between menu items and simplify end-of-shift cleaning to keep service moving.
