The Southbend E-270 is a 34-inch electric upright broiler built to keep busy kitchens moving. Its double-deck design helps you handle high-volume finishing and searing with consistent, electric-powered performance. Adjustable grids put precise control over caramelization and browning at your fingertips.
Broil steaks to a uniform char, melt toppings on sandwiches, or finish seafood while the next order queues on the second deck. Five grid-height positions let chefs fine-tune proximity to heat for the exact color and texture they want, order after order.
Stainless steel construction stands up to daily service, while removable grids simplify changeovers and cleanup to maintain flow between rushes.
