Two infrared burners concentrate 20,000 BTU to quickly melt, glaze, and brown without monopolizing your primary cooking equipment. With an approximately 90-second preheat, this unit is ready to work when tickets spike.
Fine-tune outcomes using dual valve control and five rack positions to position plates or sheet pans exactly where you need heat. A chrome-plated rack and removable crumb tray speed changeovers and cleanup between turns, while stainless steel construction stands up to daily back-of-house demands.
Use it to finish gratins, toast sandwich tops, brown nachos, or add quick color to proteins right before service. CSA and NSF certifications support compliance, and the model qualifies for Southbend’s Service First program.
