With an approximately 90-second preheat, this unit is ready to work when tickets spike.
Fine-tune outcomes using dual valve control and five rack positions to position plates or sheet pans exactly where you need heat. A chrome-plated rack and removable crumb tray speed changeovers and cleanup between turns, while stainless steel construction stands up to daily back-of-house demands.
