Six 3,500 W Ceran® glass hobs let you sear, sauté, and simmer across multiple stations without shuffling pans. A TruVection oven base consolidates baking and finishing beneath the cooktop to streamline your workflow.
Stage sauces, reduce stocks, or fire à la carte pans while sheet pans finish below to keep tickets moving during peak service. An LED power level indicator supports repeatable settings from shift to shift, and automatic shut off adds peace of mind between tasks. The 9-1/4 in front rail and stainless steel build offer space and durability for busy commercial kitchens.
