Four 3,500-watt Ceran® glass hobs on the left and right deliver instant, precise heat, while LED power level indicators keep settings clear at a glance. A 12-inch center spreader adds convenient landing space for pans and mise en place.
Streamline workflow on the line or in prep by searing, simmering, and finishing sauces side by side, then transition to the TruVection oven base to bake, roast, or hold. Automatic shut off helps simplify station turnover between rushes.
A 9-1/4-inch deep front rail and stainless steel construction support daily commercial use. Suited for high-volume restaurants, hotels, and multi-unit operations, it keeps production efficient and timing on point. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
