The Southbend PCE11S/SD single convection oven delivers efficient, repeatable results for high-volume kitchens. Its 11 kW electric heat and standard controls streamline baking, roasting, and finishing across cafeteria lines, bakeries, and restaurants.
Dependent doors with low-emission glass help retain heat while providing clear visibility for quick checks. A two-speed, 1/2 HP blower and solid-state thermostat (140°F–500°F) drive even airflow and precise temperature management that reduces rotation and boosts throughput.
Clean up and reconfiguration are simple with a porcelain enamel interior, five heavy-duty wire racks, and 11-position guides. The stainless steel exterior and slide-out control panel support rugged daily use and easy service in busy operations.
