The Southbend PCE15S/SD platinum double-deck electric convection oven drives consistent results for busy production lines. Each standard-depth cavity is powered by 7.5 kW (15 kW total), and dependent low‑E glass doors help retain heat while keeping product visible. Use it to batch roast proteins, bake pastries, or finish vegetables with reliable, even browning.
Standard controls with a solid-state thermostat span 140°F to 500°F for precise setpoints across menus. A two-speed, 1/2 HP blower promotes uniform airflow, while a forced cool-down mode speeds turnarounds between runs.
Durable stainless steel exterior and porcelain-enamel oven interiors simplify cleanup and stand up to daily use. Five wire racks with 11-position guides in each cavity streamline loading, staging, and multi-item cook cycles. Flexible electrical options and a serviceable, slide-out control panel support straightforward installation and maintenance.
