The Southbend S36A-1G S-Series restaurant range streamlines busy cooklines with a 36-inch footprint that combines four 28,000 BTU open burners, a 12-inch left-side griddle, and a convection oven. Transition from searing and sautéing to grilling and baking without breaking pace. A smart fit for chef-driven kitchens, cafeterias, and high-volume operations.
Manual controls and a snap action thermostat support precise, repeatable results across stations. The convection oven circulates heat for even roasting and baking and includes two racks to stage multiple pans.
Removable cast iron grate tops and a crumb drawer speed daily cleanup, while a hinged lower valve panel simplifies service access. A stainless steel front, sides, and shelf with a 4-inch front rail handle heavy use, and 6-inch adjustable legs help level the unit. Total input is 165,000 BTU; a 115v/60/1-ph connection with cord and plug powers the electrical components.
