The Southbend S36C-2TR S-Series 36-inch gas restaurant range combines flexible surface configurations to accelerate line productivity. Two 28,000 BTU open burners tackle high-heat sautéing and rapid boiling, while a 24-inch right-side thermostatic griddle holds precise temperatures for eggs, burgers, and searing. With 104,000 BTU total output, it keeps pace through peak meal periods.
Streamline workflow by pairing pan work on the burners with batch production on the griddle without changing stations. The cabinet base keeps pans and tools close at hand, and the stainless steel shelf provides convenient staging for mise en place. A 4-inch front rail supports safe pan movement during plating.
Daily upkeep is simplified with removable cast iron grate tops and a removable crumb drawer for quick cleanouts. A hinged lower valve panel speeds service access, while 6-inch adjustable legs aid leveling and floor care. Durable stainless steel front and sides withstand the demands of busy kitchens.
