Built for busy lines, the Southbend S48AC-2TR combines a 48-inch gas range, a right-side 24-inch thermostatic griddle, and a convection oven to keep multiple tickets moving. Cook, sear, and bake in one footprint while the cabinet base keeps essentials at arm's reach.
Four 28,000 BTU open burners deliver high heat for searing, sauteing, or rapid boils, while the thermostatic griddle holds set temperatures for breakfasts, burgers, and sandwiches. The convection oven with a snap action thermostat includes two racks for flexible batch roasting and baking.
Durable stainless steel front and sides, removable cast iron grate tops, and two crumb drawers streamline cleanup between rushes. A removable shelf, 4-inch front rail, hinged lower valve panel, and 6-inch adjustable legs support smooth service and straightforward maintenance.
