It combines two 28,000 BTU open burners, a left-side 36-inch griddle, and a convection oven with a cabinet base to keep your workflow organized. Manual controls and a snap-action thermostat help you dial in heat quickly and consistently.
Sear and sauté on the open burners while the griddle turns out eggs, pancakes, burgers, or sandwiches during peak service. Use the convection oven to roast or bake with even results, and stash pans or smallwares in the cabinet base for fast access. This versatile configuration supports breakfast through dinner on busy cooklines.
Engineered for durability and easy maintenance, it features stainless steel front and sides, removable cast iron grate tops, and crumb drawers for quick cleanup. A 4-inch front rail aids plating, while a removable shelf keeps tools within reach. Six-inch adjustable legs and a hinged lower valve panel simplify leveling and service.
