The Southbend S48AC-3TL S-Series restaurant range unites two 28,000 BTU open burners, a 36" left-side thermostatic griddle, and a convection oven in a compact 48" footprint. Built for the cookline, it lets teams move from sauté to sear to griddle production without breaking pace.
Use the burners for sauces and hard sears while the griddle turns out burgers, pancakes, and eggs at dialed-in temperatures, and the convection oven roasts or bakes with a snap action thermostat and two included racks. A cabinet base keeps cookware and tools within reach to support efficient station layouts.
Removable cast iron grate tops, dual crumb drawers, and a hinged lower valve panel accelerate cleaning and service between rushes. Stainless steel front and sides, a 4" front rail, and 6" adjustable legs suit busy operations and varied floor conditions. With 155,000 total BTU and cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings, it meets professional kitchen standards.
