Use the burners to sear steaks or simmer sauces while the griddle cranks out eggs, pancakes, smash burgers, or tortillas at precise setpoints. Bake, roast, or finish in the convection oven controlled by a snap action thermostat, and stage pans on the included two racks for efficient ticket flow.
Speed cleanup with removable cast iron grates and dual crumb drawers, and access service points via the hinged lower valve panel. Durable stainless steel front and sides, a removable shelf, 4-inch front rail, and 6-inch adjustable legs support daily resets, repositioning, and polished presentation on the cookline.
