Built for busy lines, the Southbend S48AC-4T S-Series restaurant range combines a 48-inch thermostatic griddle with a convection oven and a cabinet base to streamline production. Deliver consistent results with 115,000 BTU of gas-fired performance and responsive snap action control. Use it as a central station for grilling, searing, and finishing.
Thermostatic controls hold precise griddle temperatures for pancakes at breakfast, smash burgers at lunch, or searing proteins before finishing in the convection oven. Two removable crumb drawers speed end-of-shift cleanup, while a hinged lower valve panel simplifies service access. The cabinet base keeps sheet pans, tools, or smallwares within reach to tighten workflow.
Stainless steel front and sides present a clean, durable face on the line. A 4-inch front rail, removable shelf, and 6-inch adjustable legs support safe plating, storage, and stable installation. With two oven racks included, the range is ready for roasting, baking, and retherming right away.
