Boost throughput with 195,000 BTU total input while staging pans and plates on the stainless front with 4" rail and removable shelf. The cabinet base keeps sheet pans and smallwares at arm’s reach to tighten workflow during busy services.
Simplify cleanup with removable cast iron grate tops and dual crumb drawers, and service quickly using the hinged lower valve panel. Level the unit on uneven floors with 6" adjustable legs, while stainless steel front and sides stand up to high-volume kitchens.
