The Southbend S48DC-3TR is a 48-inch gas restaurant range that unites two 28,000 BTU open burners, a right-side 36-inch thermostatic griddle, a standard oven, and a cabinet base. Consolidate multiple cooking zones in one footprint to speed ticket times and optimize your line layout.
Sear burgers and breakfast items on the griddle while sauces simmer on the burners, then finish in the oven using the included rack. Thermostatic griddle controls help hold target temps through rushes, and the snap action thermostat delivers responsive oven control for consistent results.
Daily operation stays efficient with removable cast iron grate tops, crumb drawers, and a hinged lower valve panel for service access. A stainless steel front and sides, 4-inch front rail, removable shelf, and 6-inch adjustable legs support durability and ergonomic setup. Total input is 155,000 BTU; cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings help meet common commercial standards.
