Quickly sear and sauté on the 28,000 BTU burners while the griddle handles burgers, pancakes, or sandwiches. Bake, roast, or finish in the convection oven with responsive snap action thermostat control, and rely on manual controls for consistent, precise adjustments.
Speed cleanup with removable cast iron grates, dual crumb drawers, and a hinged lower valve panel for service access. The stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus a 4-inch front rail and 6-inch adjustable legs, support efficient workflow, plating, and station ergonomics.
