The Southbend S60AC-3GR 60-inch gas restaurant range combines four 28,000 BTU open burners, a right-side 36" griddle, and a convection oven with a cabinet base to keep your line moving. Built for busy cooklines, it consolidates multiple stations into one footprint to optimize space and workflow. Manual controls give cooks immediate, tactile control for high-turn menus.
Sear proteins on the griddle while boiling, sautéing, or finishing sauces on the burners. Use the convection oven for roasting, baking, or reheating, and dial in setpoints with the snap-action thermostat; two included racks help stage pans efficiently. A cabinet base keeps essentials within reach during service.
Removable cast iron grates and two crumb drawers speed cleanup between rushes. A stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to heavy use, while the 4" front rail aids plating. The hinged lower valve panel and 6" adjustable legs support service access and leveling, and total output is 211,000 BTU.
