Boost uptime and simplify service with a hinged lower valve panel and a snap action thermostat for precise, responsive control. Removable cast iron grates and dual crumb drawers accelerate end-of-shift cleanup, while the 4-inch front rail supports safe, efficient handling on a busy line. The oven includes two racks to adapt quickly to changing menus and volume.
Built with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, the unit stands up to daily use and cleans easily. Level the station fast with 6-inch adjustable legs, then rely on a total 171,000 BTU output to handle peak periods. Certified cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF for commercial kitchens.
