The integrated convection oven promotes even results for roasting, baking, and finishing, while the adjacent cabinet base keeps pans and smallwares within reach to streamline workflow. A snap action thermostat helps maintain set temperatures during service.
Removable cast iron grates, a crumb drawer, and a hinged lower valve panel speed cleaning and maintenance between rushes. A stainless steel front, sides, and shelf plus a 4-inch front rail and 6-inch adjustable legs support daily production and precise line setup.
