Designed for high-volume kitchens, the Southbend S60CC-2GL restaurant range brings six 28,000 BTU open burners together with a 24" left-side griddle to streamline line workflow. Run multiple stations at once—sear proteins, boil stocks, and griddle breakfast or sandwich items without crowding the cooking surface.
Drive consistency with manual controls and removable cast iron grates that make cleaning and repositioning quick. Dual crumb drawers capture debris during rushes, and the hinged lower valve panel allows fast access for adjustments and routine maintenance.
Two cabinet bases keep essential cookware within reach, supporting faster setups and changeovers. A 4" front rail aids plating and staging, while stainless steel front and sides and 6" adjustable legs help you level the unit for a smooth line.
