Two cabinet bases keep essentials close to the action, reducing steps during peak periods. Removable cast iron grates, dual crumb drawers, and a hinged lower valve panel speed cleanup and service access, while the stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, 4-inch front rail, and 6-inch adjustable legs support an efficient, orderly line.
