The Southbend S60DC-4GL S-Series restaurant range equips busy kitchens with a 60-inch gas platform that pairs two 28,000 BTU open burners with a 48-inch left-side griddle, a standard oven, and a cabinet base. Sear proteins or heat sauces on the open burners while the broad griddle turns out pancakes, burgers, or onions in batches. The oven with a snap-action thermostat delivers consistent roasting and finishing, and ships with one rack to get you started. Manual controls provide direct, reliable adjustment for fast-paced service.
Removable cast iron grates encourage smooth pan movement, while two crumb drawers and a hinged lower valve panel accelerate cleanup and maintenance. A stainless steel front, sides, and shelf with a 4-inch front rail stand up to daily use, and 6-inch adjustable legs help you level the unit to your line.
