Millivolt controls deliver dependable operation, while a thermo-safety pilot and built-in regulator promote safe, stable performance. A stainless steel tank, front, and sides simplify cleaning and withstand daily wear. Nine-inch adjustable legs let you level the fryer and maintain clear access for floor sanitation.
