The Southbend TVES/10SC-V TruVection convection oven streamlines high-volume cooking in space-conscious kitchens with a low-profile, ventless design. Dial in precise results using solid state thermostatic controls spanning 150–550°F and a 60-minute mechanical cook timer. An interior light and cool down fan help you monitor and turn batches quickly during peak service.
Load, rotate, and stage product across the included three racks to bake pastries, roast vegetables, or finish proteins with dependable airflow driven by a 1/2 HP motor. The porcelain oven interior cleans efficiently between turns, supporting tight production schedules and consistent presentation.
Built for daily commercial use, the stainless steel front, sides, top, and sturdy 6" legs provide lasting durability on the line. Electric operation with electronic ignition and a 7.5 kW heating package fits modern energy plans while maintaining performance.
